The recent gathering of our senior leaders at Quantico exposed them to serious and unnecessary risk and presented an unacceptable lapse in operational security. Key details—location, arrival time, and date—were irresponsibly made public, placed their safety and mission integrity in jeopardy and literally handed the enemy a road map! This kind of operational security lapse is not just careless—it’s dangerous. I hope I never witness such a breach again. Our leadership, our missions, and our national security are far too important to gamble with.
